How to make an Origami Pilgrim for Thanksgiving

Made this a couple of years ago but since Thanksgiving is coming and I have a blog with nothing to blog about, I thought I'd put it out there :)

Love Jane Austen then you love "Emma Approved" - Our favorite Youtube series

My favorite online youtube series.  It's a modern day version of the Jane Austen book Emma.  My girls and I would hook it up to the TV and just watch episode after episode.  So sad we finished the series.  It was a great way to introduce my kids to Jane Austen.  We watched Emma after we finished the series and my oldest checked out the book from the library.

A fuzzy mustache board - great idea for my teen

My daughter is a crazy mustache fan - I don't get it but there it is.  I thought this might be a great idea to make her for Christmas.

DIY Fringe T-Shirt

What up youtube ...

Fun video and great tips on how to make a fringe t-shirt.

How to make a kirigami (a type of origami) F-16 Falcon

A bit behind this week, probably because this origami - eh hem - kirigami is on the intermediate side.  Enjoy!

Winter is coming - a snowflake or star cupcake

Winter is coming ..... and here's a cupcake to celebrate! :)

A how to of S'mores on a stick

Love this treat.  So simple you can have your kids make it when you're bored or even use it as an activity at one of your next kid parties.  This would be fantastic at a girl scouts meeting.

I would have a buffet of different color chocolates (buy at craft store) and different toppings (crushed cookies, graham crackers, sprinkles, decorating sugars)
